Team Members
Team Members
Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your Product Craft AI workspace.
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Click Send Invitation
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend them if needed.
Team Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, manage billing, delete workspace |
| Admin | Full access except billing and deletion |
| Editor | Create and edit products, generate content |
| Viewer | View products and reports only |
Managing Team Members
Changing Roles
- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the team member
- Click the role dropdown
- Select the new role
Removing Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the team member
- Click the Remove button
- Confirm the action
Removed members lose access immediately. Any content they created remains in the workspace.
Credit Sharing
Team members share the workspace credit pool. All AI generation by team members uses credits from the main account.
To monitor usage:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View the Usage by Member section
