Credits
Product Craft AI uses a credit-based system for AI generation features.
What Are Credits?
Credits are the currency used for AI features. Each AI operation costs a specific number of credits:

| Description Generation | 2 credits |
| Image Generation (batch of 4) | 5 credits |
Checking Your Balance
View your credit balance in several places:
- Dashboard - Top right corner
- Settings → Billing - Detailed breakdown
- Before Generation - Shows required credits
Getting More Credits
Purchase Credits
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Buy Credits
- Select a credit package
- Complete payment
Subscription Plans
Some plans include monthly credit allowances. See Pricing for details.
Credit Refunds
Credits are automatically refunded if AI generation fails due to a system error.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Unsatisfactory results (you can regenerate)
- User errors (wrong product selected)
- Cancelled generations after processing started
Credit Expiration
- Purchased credits never expire
- Subscription credits reset monthly (don't roll over)
- Promotional credits may have expiration dates
Usage History
Track your credit usage:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Usage History
- Filter by date, feature, or team member
